| Episode 2x07 - "Veritas": It is a bug that crawls into the brain and nests in the hippocampus. It secretes a fluid that gives a person a wicked high, but if left in there for too long, it causes: memory loss, paranoia, increased sensitivity to light, and eventually seizures. When trying to find a mole within the Sanctuary Network, Helen Magnus used an ozone beetle to obstruct her memory and help fake brain degeneration. |
