Season 3[]
 Once in Oldham, Henry Foss and Will Zimmerman are eventually led to Oldham Psychiatric Institute (a secretive private medical facility), where Henry goes undercover; enrolling as a patient to investigate more thoroughly. The facility was run by Lillian Myers and her niece Erika Myers. During the Sanctuary Network's investigation, they discovered its true nature: It was the home of a lycan clan whose elders used powerful drugs to keep the transformative abilities of its members suppressed. Henry, himself a therianthrope, convinced several patients that it was possible to live peacefully without the drugs. After this, the clan was taken in by the London Sanctuary where they could be taught to control their powers and live amongst society. Known patients were: Alistair, Joe, Josephine, and Liam. | |

Season 4[]
| Episode 4x03 - "Untouchable": Helen Magnus askes Erika Myers if she had witnessed any children born at Oldham Psychiatric Institute. Erika responded "no". Originally, Erika and her aunt Lillian Myers thought it was due to their race being so ancient. It was then determined that the lycans at Oldham had their fertility suppressed due to the drugs they were taking to prevent transformation. |
