Biography[]

Episode 3x04 - "Trail of Blood"
Nathaniel Jensen respected abnormals and would take injured ones in to nurse them back to health; helping them find the Old City Sanctuary. One of these abnormals was Bigfoot, whose life he saved by delivering him to Helen Magnus at the Sanctuary for medical treatment of his gunshot wounds. His friendship with Bigfoot remained strong until the day Father Jensen was murdered; Late one night, Channel 13 News had reported his shocking death as the result of him interrupting a burglary in progress inside his own church. At being awoken from the news on the TV, Bigfoot decided to visit the crime scene; observing the police activity below from a nearby rooftop. The Sanctuary team further investigated the case.
Episode 3x09 - "Vigilante"
Due to the Sanctuary team's investigation into a different death as well as looking into a missing Sanctuary abnormal shipment, the team eventually figured out that there was a connection between three seemingly unrelated events, ultimately leading them to Father Clark, the orchestrator behind Nathaniel Jensen's death. Clark had Father Jensen killed out of hatred for the abnormal community and those who supported them. He had planned to use Father Jensen's vigil to kill more innocents by using infected cypher beetles (the missing shipment). Just before the vigil was set to occur, the attack was foiled by the Sanctuary team and Father Clark was killed by Bigfoot after he tried to escape and had shot Bigfoot multiple times with a semi-automatic pistol. The resulting scene was found by Abby Corrigan, who had followed the team to the vigil, and helped bring Bigfoot back to the Sanctuary for medical treatment. While lying on a bed in the infirmary, Kate Freelander informs Bigfoot that the vigil for Father Jensen had been rescheduled for the next week. Bigfoot then admits that he couldn't stop himself from killing Father Clark, something that Kate personally understands (he was protecting the community by stopping a murderer from killing again, as well as partially out of revenge for Father Clark killing Father Jensen), but Bigfoot becomes distraught to tears believing that Father Jensen wouldn't have agreed with the action he had taken.
