Season 3[]
| Episode 3x15 - "Wingman": Helen Magnus asked Will Zimmerman and Henry Foss to pick up and transport the mothman in a cryochamber from a Sanctuary contact Ernie Watts at the docks while they were on their way to a enjoy a double dinner date at Alfredo's with their respective girlfriends, Abby Corrigan and Erika Myers. However, when they arrived at the docks, they found out that the cryochamber was broken and had been replaced with a repurposed refrigerator as a makeshift solution. This poor decision resulted in the mothman molting early, waking up, and escaping from the van and into the sewer system via an open manhole. The creature's escape inevitably caused the group to miss their dinner reservation as they now had to focus on recapturing the mothman. A solution was devised to create a makeshift sedation from chemicals found in the Sanctuary van. Will and Abby went down into the sewer system to place the knockout gas in the tunnels. Unfortunately, the creature thwarted this attempt as Abby's phone unexpectedly went off, blaring a very loud death metal ringtone. The startled abnormal accidentally caused Abby to severely roll her ankle, causing her great pain and swelling. |

- Trivia: It is unknown if this mothman became a resident at one of the Sanctuaries. All that is known, is that the Old City Sanctuary team were tasked with collecting the creature from a contact, and transporting it across town to drop it off at the docks; a task that was said to take a half hour to complete.
