Season 4[]
The FBI accommodates SCIU's presence in the large combined Canadian metropolis of Old City and New City, creating a joint task force between the Bureau and the DHS. When the Sanctuary Network lost its jurisdictional protection over abnormals, especially over the large number of Hollow Earth abnormals roaming around freely in Old City's Fifth Ward, SCIU moved into the area to 'deal' with the 'threat' that Hollow Earth abnormals posed to humans. To staff this venture, SCIU commandeered many local FBI agents which included Abby Corrigan as well as reactivating former agent Will Zimmerman.
