Machine guns

A machine gun is a crew served weapon capable of heavy rates of sustained fire over long periods, there are multiple types of machine gun ranging from light machine guns and general purpose machine guns to heavy machine guns and grenade machine guns which fire grenades rather than bullets, submachine guns are similar in nature but are designed for use by one person and generally carry fewer rounds, almost all types of machine gun can be used In a defensive and offensive capacity.^[1]
