Canada

Canada is the northernmost country in North America. Its ten provinces and three territories extend from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and northward into the Arctic Ocean. To the south, Canada is bordered by the United States.

The large two-region metropolis of Old City and New City is located in the southwestern corner of Canada.

British Columbia (commonly abbreviated as B.C. or BC) is the westernmost province in Canada, situated between the Pacific Ocean on the west and the Rocky Mountains on the east. It borders the province of Alberta to the east, the territories of Yukon and the Northwest Territories to the north, and the U.S. states of Washington, Idaho and Montana to the south and Alaska to the northwest.

Vancouver

Vancouver is a major port city located in the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia in western Canada.

• Vancouver is located very close to Old City, and is likely in Old City's metropolitan area, or vice-versa.

The city of Vancouver. Episode 2x01 - "End of Nights, Part I": Vancouver is the city where Kate Freelander was active when she first came into contact with the Sanctuary Network. During her freelance mission from the Cabal to abduct Martin Wood from his home, she was interrupted by Helen Magnus and Will Zimmerman who were conducting a welfare visit to hopefully prevent this exact scenario. Kate was able to slip out of the back/side of the house with Martin, causing a three-vehicle car chase to ensue. It eventually ended at a river, where while Kate was able to successfully extract Martin, she ended up getting captured briefly by the Sanctuary team; ultimately escaping moments later when Henry Foss fell for her tricks.

Yukon

Mount Logan

Mount Logan is a mountain in northern Canada and is the second-highest peak in North America. Mount Logan is located within Kluane National Park Reserve in southwestern Yukon, less than 25 miles (40 kilometers) north of the Yukon–Alaska border.

	Episode 1x12 - "Revelations, Part I": The Cabal chose to test the Lazarus virus near Mount Logan in the Yukon next to the border with the U.S. state of Alaska. After initial aerosol dispersal, it was carried by the wind, following the upper airstream. It infected the abnormals in the area and caused them to become violent, including Roy who murdered his friend George and his family.

Montreal

Montreal is a populous city in the province of Quebec, Canada. The city is centered on the Island of Montreal and a few much smaller peripheral islands. The city is 122 miles (196 kilometers) east of the national capital Ottawa, and 160 miles (258 kilometers) southwest of the provincial capital, Quebec City.

	Episode 2x01 - "End of Nights, Part I": Montreal is the location of a data bank farm that held information on Project Montana that Ashley Magnus stole for the Cabal.
	Episode 2x09 - "Penance": Kate Freelander lived in Montreal after her father was murdered in Chicago.

Alberta

Alberta is a landlocked province in Western Canada, bordered by British Columbia to the west, Saskatchewan to the east, the Northwest Territories (NWT) to the north, and the U.S. state of Montana to the south.

	Episode 2x01 - "End of Nights, Part I": After Kate Freelander receives medical attention in the infirmary at the Old City Sanctuary, she tells Will Zimmerman and Helen Magnus that she went to one of the Cabal's facilities once, a way station in Alberta located just above the U.S. border.
