The avatar chamber is a technologically created meeting place where three of the most powerful abnormals on Earth form an avatar council.

 Will Zimmerman meets the avatar council. Will Zimmerman connects with Kali one final time. After taking a leap of faith, Will lands in the avatar chamber. Kali informs him that it is a very special place and only a select few are allowed inside. Will then pleads for mercy with Kali. After Big Bertha is injured on the surface and her Kali avatar falls within the chamber, Will pleads with other members of the avatar council to save Kali's life. | |

- Speculation: Considering that Big Bertha, the makri, and Will Zimmerman (being a chosen host of the makri) all had a telepathic connection to each other without aid of any technology, it suggests that Praxis's neural interface simply taps into this telepathic connection, and the chamber is Praxis's contribution; providing a (exclusive) meeting place.
- Trivia: Although other hosts (such as Ajay Paveljit and Edward Forsythe) have been able to communicate with Kali by using the makri, Will Zimmerman and Gregory Magnus are the only known surface-dwellers to enter the avatar chamber itself.
